When you stay at Kosaka, I strongly recommend you to try 2 local gourmet.
The first one is cutlet made of “Momo” pork, fed at Towada Lake Highland
farm as SPF(Specific Pathogen Free) pork.
Another one is Kokanee caught at Lake Towada.
Sashimi or grilled one is really nice.
